Our Processes

First Step :

Metal Preparation and Melting

In the initial stage of the aluminium die-casting process, raw materials are received and subjected to incoming quality control (QC) to ensure they meet specified standards. Once approved, the ingots are stored in the ingot store until needed for production. The ingots are then moved to the machine side, where they undergo the melting process. During melting, the aluminium is heated until it reaches a liquid state, ready for casting. The molten aluminium is then injected into moulds through the casting process, forming the desired components. After casting, the parts are left to cool on slider shoots, allowing them to solidify and take shape.

Second Step :

Finishing and Machining

Following the casting process, the newly formed components undergo a series of finishing and machining procedures to refine their appearance and functionality. This includes de-gating, where excess material is removed from the components, and deburring to smooth out any rough edges. Additionally, filling, trimming, sanding, and shot blasting are performed to further refine the surface finish. Precision machining processes such as milling, drilling, and tapping are also carried out to create precise features and holes as required. Finally, the components undergo tumbling and drying processes to achieve the desired surface texture and cleanliness before paint or coating applications.

Final Step :

Quality Assurance and Delivery

In the final stage of aluminium die-casting, the finished components undergo visual inspection to ensure they meet the required quality standards. Components that pass inspection are then prepared for outgoing delivery. They are carefully packaged and stored in the finished goods store until they are ready to be shipped to customers. Once packaged, the components are delivered to their designated destinations, completing the manufacturing process. Throughout each stage, rigorous quality control measures are implemented to guarantee that only the highest quality components are delivered to customers, ensuring their satisfaction and trust in the products provided.
